Refund Policy for Digital Products:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out. To request a refund, you must fill out a form provided by us. Once the refund is processed, the product will be removed from your account and production.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our support team. Refunds may be denied if the product has been used extensively, or if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
Regarding digital products, once they are produced and sent out, there will be no refund expect the mistake is made from our side due to the personalisation of the product.
If you would like to request a refund, please fill out the form below within 4 hours of your purchase. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Fee after 24hours: 30% of the product price.
